Firstly lets hope I don’t befall the the same of my posting about redbubble!
I have obviously been promoting my etsy shop on here so dont forget those discount codes, for ease I’ve added them at the end of this post, it would be awesome if you could comment here too.
I’ve 3 shops on etsy, JasonMRogersArt for Digital Downloads, DgtlPrintsByJason for physical prints mainly of the same vein as the downloads site and DgtlArtByJason for more abstract and surreal items where I’m struggling to express myself… Much like this place!
This isnt a review of etsy, I don’t have much to say on the platform, it seems to do what it says on the tin, if you understand the colloquialism, if you don’t then etsy does just what you think it should, I can’t say I’ve had a problem there, I wish there was more analytics but they dont promise there should be. They make it easy to upload and sell, it is that simple. Which makes it a great platform in my view.
Again, I said it already but I am having some limited success. Actually, when I check the numbers on the likes of erank.com they say I’m doing better than 60% of everyone else so I cant grumble.
It’s not all smooth, I’ve have a postage hiccup, some people, for whatever reason, haven’t downloaded their purchases and on DgtlArtByJason I’m yet to make a sale, so, sad face! On the plus side, a couple of people a day favourite the items so things will only get better there.
Anyhow, I know I really need to make these posts longer, I just dont know how to yet.
